mustard chicken thighs

courtesy of Ryan F! great and easy one to prep for the week! right up my alley. i love me some dark meat, so much JUICIER than white! Mustard Glazed Chicken Thighs 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil 2 tablespoons mustard black pepper to taste 1/2 teaspoon sea salt + 1/2 teaspoon dried sage (or other spices) package of bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (12 max) Preheat oven to 425 Mix butter, mustard, spices. Place chicken on a baking sheet or oven safe dish and brush the mixture evenly over each one. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken = 165 F
