Just a few days in...

Hey everyone,
How are you all feeling? Has anyone noticed a change in their mood or energy? Just doing this for a few days has made CK and I realize how off the bandwagon we really were. Holy cow!!!! I was one tired crabby Momma today. I know this is only supposed to last a few days, but I already want a Dr. Pepper! Ugh! Let us know how you're feeling. Post any tips or tricks that you've found to help keep you on track.

I'm feeling great after sticking with water and the vegi tray for the super bowl party. My success tips are to always eat off a plate and keep a glass of water in your hand. It's too hard to juggle it all so you REALLY have to think about what you are eating.
