Dansome's Stir Fry


finished product.

super fast and easy. dump a tablespoon of olive oil in the skillet, mince 2 cloves of garlic and toss em in. chop up and onion, toss it in. let it cook up for a minute or two. throw in 2 chicken breats, chopped into pieces. let that cook until its no longer pink. throw in your diced veggies of your choice. and cashews. I hit it with a little salt and pepper and a splash of Braggs Aminos, but you dont need any sauce as the veggies cook down they make some nice juices.

Just a few days in...

Hey everyone,
How are you all feeling? Has anyone noticed a change in their mood or energy? Just doing this for a few days has made CK and I realize how off the bandwagon we really were. Holy cow!!!! I was one tired crabby Momma today. I know this is only supposed to last a few days, but I already want a Dr. Pepper! Ugh! Let us know how you're feeling.
